How healthy can it be for you?


Well, it does contain atleast 20% of ur daily needs for fiber.

60% at most. Which i find good.

It can also lower cholesterol by slowing the digestion of food.


Did i mention also having a moderate ammount everynight has been proven to reduce stress and the chances of heart disease?


Or that it contains many vitamins and minerals, like magnesium, vitamin b, potassium phosphorus, selenium and biotin?


Not all bad right?
